This comes from an article about a contract BP is giving to scientists they are trying to hire to conduct research on the infamous spill in the Gulf of Mexico. Apparently anybody that BP hires is prohibited from publishing on or talking about the data they collect for at least three years. Sad that we have to repeat this after so many years, maybe the postmodernists are winning after all.
